| The program prepares individuals for a life-long career addressing both technical and managerial needs in private and public sectors. Students will be provided with skill sets that address leadership and managements, decision-making, and economic and financial analysis. The program will consist of 16 courses, each of 2 credit hours that cover the fundamentals that students need to be competent in the essentials of Engineering Management. The goals of the MEM program are to provide opportunities for:
The development of management decision-making skills,
The development of professional employee leadership and management skills,
The acquisition of knowledge of cost, financial, and economic analysis,
The acquisition of knowledge about management of existing and emerging technologies, and
