Information
The program deals with political, economic and social events and developments as well as with cultural and religious ideas and their material basis in the field of Greek/Roman Antiquity from the 3rd millenium BCE to the 6th century AD. The entire ecumenism known at the time (Ancient Orient, Egypt, ethnic groups in border regions) is also included in the comparative examination. Courses provide general and contextual knowledge as well as a basic knowledge of methods.
