It is highly recommended that grantees have good knowledge of both spoken and written Portuguese and English, or at least English. B2 level, according to the Common European Frame of Reference for Languages, is acceptable. The certificate must be issued by an official language school, university or equivalent and state the level of proficiency you hold in that language.
Academic requirements
To be enrolled in the same study level at home university in a similar area of studies and present a specific working plan proposal to be developed at the University of Coimbra. The main goals of the unit is the study of human health, disease and well-being, in past and living populations, from a bio-cultural perspective.
