Information
The PhD course provides PhD students with academic training in the interdisciplinary study of mind/brain and its applications to clinical, ergonomic, and sport contexts.The PhD student will develop competencies in at least one of the following fields: neurobiology and neurogenesis; cellular neurophysiology; clinical neuroscience; neurolinguistics and psycholinguistics; perception, action, and attention; memory and executive control; thinking, judgment and decision making; typical and atypical development; personality and social psychology. NCS students will become autonomous in planning and conducting a research project; coordinating data collection; solving problems related to the interdisciplinary approach to mind/brain; evaluating obtained results and possible developments, including innovative applications to technology, therapy, and rehabilitation.
