Information
The project is concerned with the inverstigation of point defects on single crystalline flouride surfaces which will be grwon and investigated under ultrahigh vacuum conditions. A combination of different surface science techniques such as LEED, Auger and IR spectrscopy as well as electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy will be used to charactgerize theses centers as well as their reactivity towards gas molecules.
